Only academic writing services are offered. This means essays, research papers, dissertation help, and other similar writing services. They do not offer any type of assistance to job seekers or to business professionals. They do offer editing, proofreading, and formatting services. We felt as if it would have been nice to see their services being more varied than this.

Website Quality

The website blends a variety of design styles. The result is that it looks nice, but it’s very busy. We didn’t find that it was easy at all to find our way around. In fact we had problems placing our order and had to get help from customer service. One customer review that we came across spoke about broken links and slow loading pages. We didn’t have that trouble, but this could be something that mobile users are encountering. As far as the website content goes, it was pretty obvious that it was not written by someone who speaks native English. We find this to be a puzzling decision. After all, who wants to hire a writing service when the web content is poorly written.

Quality of Products and Services

We ordered a four page essay so that we could measure the quality of writing and customer service. We selected the 14 day due date, and did not require any additional services. The paper was delivered to us within 12 days. Unfortunately, the quality was barely mediocre. There were some good ideas, but too many spelling and grammar errors to be acceptable. We also had a couple of unfortunate experiences where are writer took an excessive amount of time to respond to our questions. This made us question the testimonials that were so glowing about this writing service.

We didn’t fare much better when we asked about having our paper corrected. They were willing to do the work, but would not be able to get to our revisions for anouther week. That was completely unreasonable to us, and it contributed to our low rating in the area of product quality and service.

Prices And Discounts

We paid 60 dollars for a four page essay. That’s not exhorbitant, but it is more than the product we received was worth. If there was a promo code available to us, it was not readily seen. So, we paid full price. We also did not find a page on the website advertising coupon codes or other special offers.

Extra Features

The only real extra feature here is a blog. Unfortunately, the posts aren’t really blog posts per se. Instead, they are essay writing samples. There’s nothing wrong with this, but the content isn’t really relevant to anybody who doesn’t happen to have an interest or need in those areas. Other writing services feature writing advice, college survival tips, and even marketing tips for small businesses.
