This review covers the online writing service EssayAcademia.com. As part of our initial investigation, we read customer reviews on this company. We also searched the BBB website to ensure that they are not a fraud or scam. Finally, we placed an order for an academic essay. Here is what we learned.

The products and services here are limited to students in the UK and the United States. No writing services are available for job seekers or small business professionals. We reviewed the list of services and they are the standard academic fair. This includes essays, term papers, coursework, thesis and dissertation, scholarship essays, etc.

Website Quality

On a positive note, we did find the Essay Academia website relatively easy to navigate. We found no broken links. The pages loaded reasonably quickly, and there were no scripting errors. However, the website content wasn’t as impressive. It’s difficult to put trust in a writing service when their website is so poorly written.

Quality of Products And Services

The first thing we received was a brief draft as promised. We were impressed with what we head and proceeded with our order. Then, we waited.

We received our paper, an undergraduate essay the day before the two-week deadline. To be honest, we are glad this was ordered for review purposes. If a student had received the paper that we did, they would have been scrambling. Our paper wasn’t long enough. It was full of errors, and it didn’t address the topic as we had specified at all. We’re not even sure if the writer who wrote the draft was the same writer who finished our essay. It was truly appalling. This is unfortunate as writing quality is our highest rating factor.

Our experiences with customer service were marginally better. There was nothing horrible about our experiences for sure. However, there did seem to be an overall lack of knowledge or empowerment. Overall we can say that our experience did not match the testimonials that we read on their website.

Prices And Discounts

We paid over 18 dollars per page for our undergraduate essay. Considering that we did not order any premium extras, these prices are significantly above industry average. We weren’t happy with the price that we paid, considering the low-quality writing and customer service we received. EssayAcademia needs to do a much better job should it wish to continue charging these prices.

There are discounts available. One that was offered to us was a 5 percent discount in exchange for our mobile phone number. We declined. We were supposed to receive a promo code for a first-time order discount. However, it didn’t appear as if we were given one. There do appear to be coupon codes offered for returning customers.

Extra Features

We found articles, writing samples, and several policy pages on EssayAcademia.com. The writing samples that we glanced over were fairly well written. Unfortunately, this leads us to believe that the samples are not written by Essay Academia writers. The articles weren’t as well written. However, our biggest issue with these is that the focus was on promotion over providing content that was interesting and informative. The policy pages were what we normally see on similar websites.

There are also extras that students can order with their papers. This includes rush orders and ordering higher than average writing quality.

Conclusion

Unfortunately, there are just too many issues with quality, pricing, customer service, and website navigation to recommend this website. We are sorry to say that when we weighed the pros & cons of EssayAcademia that there were just too many negatives. We encourage students or anyone else needing writing help to check out our other reviews. There are several companies who have managed to meet our standards and earn our recommendation.
