This is a review of EssaysMaster.com. The first step we took in working on this piece was to find and read customers reviews. We also conducted a lookup on the BBB website. Most importantly, we placed an order for an essay and took a look around the company website. You can read further to learn more.

Products And Services

EssaysMaster offers academic writing services only. They service college students for the most part. Their products include essays, term papers, research papers, thesis or dissertation work, coursework, lab reports, scholarship essays, and more. Customers have the option of ordering a rough draft before committing to a final order. We opted to order an undergraduate level essay.

Website Quality

Our rating of website quality is quite poor. To begin with, EssaysMaster pages are slow to load. The performance is particularly low on mobile devices. In addition to this, the website is difficult to navigate. We found links that simply wouldn’t open. There was also no real sensible order. Things seemed to be placed haphazardly.

One other problem we had was of the web content itself.  Much of it was written in very broken English. We suspect some of the content was spun. This means it was taken from other websites and modified in a content spinner to make it seem original. Companies do this when they do not have the ability or resources to write original content.

Quality of Products And Services

Essays Master contacted us to let us know that our essay was available the day it was due. We downloaded it to see what we had received. Sadly, our hopes were quickly dashed. The paper was simply pitiful. The writer clearly did not understand the topic at hand. Even worse, their spelling and grammar were awful. Even the citation format and word count were incorrect.

Although online and telephone customer service was polite and helpful before we placed our order, things were not quite so pleasant afterward. We were told that any revisions they did would be charged at full price. This was disappointing to us as they were initially so pleasant to deal with.

Prices And Discounts

Our undergraduate essay set us back nearly twenty dollars per page. Comparing these prices, to some other writing services, clearly shows that they are significantly higher than average. We don’t necessarily view this as a negative. When quality and customer service exceed average standards, we are willing to accept higher costs. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

We were able to find some discounts. These coupon codes seem to be based on the total number of pages ordered over time. We were also offered a coupon code when we placed our order. However, it was fairly insignificant and did little to lower the overall cost. EssaysMaster.com needs to revisit its pricing schedule as well as its quality and customer service.

Extra Features

We were able to find a blog on the Essays Master website. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very interesting. The posts were all about essay writing, etc. There is also a testimonials page. As we expected the remarks were all glowing.  Unfortunately, that didn’t really reflect our experiences at all. We weren’t able to find any extra product add-ons or services. If they exist, they are not very well promoted.

Conclusion

After considering all of our experiences with EssaysMaster as well as feedback we received from other sources, it is clear to us that we cannot recommend this company in good faith. Our issues ran the gamut from writing quality to customer service to pricing. We weren’t able to find enough positives when weighing all of the pros & cons. While this company is not a fraud or scam, they simply do not offer the expertise or customer care that we expect.
